A new mixed use development with artisan food precinct/tech hub/offices and retail. Internal pedestrian laneways create a new village, with tenancies wrapping around a shared central courtyard. Envisioned as a ‘future ruin’, the new buildings will be dripping vegetation, creating a cool oasis amidst the surrounding industrial hum.
